Job Summary: The Magnet Program Director will oversee and lead the Magnet Recognition Program at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC). This role is pivotal in ensuring the hospital meets and maintains the high standards required for Magnet designation, fostering a culture of excellence in nursing and patient care. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Magnet Recognition Program. - Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure adherence to Magnet standards. - Develop and maintain policies and procedures to support Magnet requirements. - Facilitate communication and education regarding Magnet standards across the organization. - Monitor and report on progress towards Magnet designation goals.
