Job Summary: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the Heart Institute H4 Surgery unit. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced surgical environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Heart Institute H4 Surgery unit. - Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. - Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the appropriate medical staff. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care and recovery. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. - Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
