RN Charge Med/Surg

We are looking for a RN Charge Med/Surg for a Critical Access Hospital in Yoakum, TX Under the guidance of our Department Director and Chief Clinical Officer, you will utilize your nursing skills and expertise to assess patient needs, respond promptly and accurately, and provide comprehensive documentation. Your administrative skills will contribute to ensuring safe patient care, effective communication, and enhanced unit efficiency. Seeking guidance from your supervisor and peers when needed, you will actively support and contribute to our Quality Assurance Program. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: 1. Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing 2. Current licensure by the Texas Board of Nursing as a registered nurse 3. Current certifications in CPR, ACLS, and PALS 4. Minimum of one year of experience preferred Salary from Min-Max RN, Charge Min RN, Charge MID RN, CHARGE Max $35.9896 $44.9870 $53.9844 hourly
