Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Room (ER) will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with urgent medical needs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Relocation support is available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Assess and triage patients upon arrival to the Emergency Room. - Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed. - Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status. - Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals. - Maintain accurate and timely patient records. - Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. - Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
