Job Summary: The Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in the Tower D5 A-HDU unit. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to established protocols and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. - Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any abnormalities. - Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and other daily activities. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. - Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
