Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Salary Range: $80,000 to $105,000 Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor Patient Health: Observe and record patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment. Patient Education: Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions. Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment progress. Compliance: Ensure all nursing procedures comply with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Nursing Degree: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program. Experience: 2 Years Skills and Competencies: Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
