Caregiver - Home Health Aide / CNA - Contract Rotating Shift

You'll work directly with clients in the comfort of their own homes — supporting their daily routines, preserving their independence, and giving their families the peace of mind they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Support light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying living areas
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Monitor and document changes in client condition and communicate concerns to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and adapt to each client's unique needs and preferences

Requirements:

• Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• CNA or HHA certification is a plus — not required
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to person-centered care
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home environment
• CPR certification required
