Job Summary: The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in the D5 Neurosurgery and Orthopaedic Surgery unit. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support surgical recovery. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver direct patient care in a neurosurgical and orthopaedic setting. - Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals. - Educate patients and families on post-surgical care and recovery. - Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
