Florida CNA Exam Prep Program-Hybrid (Online + In-person Skills Practice Session)

The Hybrid CNA Certification Readiness Program is designed for students who complete their CNA theory online and require structured, instructor-led skills reinforcement to prepare for the Florida CNA state certification exam. Students receive 90 days of access to a Comprehensive online CNA curriculum that includes instructional modules and unlimited practice exams. Completion of all required online coursework is mandatory. Upon successful completion, students receive an Online Course Completion Certificate. Presentation of the Online Completion Certificate is required prior to attending the in-person Skills Reinforcement Intensive. The 2-Day Monthly Skills Reinforcement Intensive focuses exclusively on hands-on CNA skills performance and validation. This is not a lecture-based class. Students are expected to arrive prepared, having completed all required theory. PROGRAM STRUCTURE Phase 1 – Online Coursework (90-Day Access) • Self-paced online CNA theory • Interactive instructional content • Unlimited practice exams • Certificate issued upon completion Phase 2 – Instructor-Led Skills Reinforcement Intensive (2 Days) • Live return demonstrations • Realistic patient interaction • Skill sequencing and proper technique • Instructor correction and feedback • Review of Florida CNA testing standards Skills Intensive sessions are offered on fixed monthly dates and are limited to 4–6 students per session to ensure focused instruction. The in-person session is dedicated exclusively to hands-on CNA skill practice, mock skills exam simulation, instructor correction, and performance coaching. This is not a lecture-based class. Students are expected to arrive prepared, having completed all online modules. This program is intended solely for exam preparation purposes and does not replace a Florida state-approved CNA training program. This course is available to candidates testing in the state of Florida only. Students are responsible for ensuring they meet Florida CNA testing eligibility requirements. ATTENDANCE POLICY Students must submit their Online Course Completion Certificate prior to attending the in-person Skills Reinforcement Intensive. Students who do not provide proof of completion will not be permitted to participate. The Skills Reinforcement Intensive is a structured 2-Day session. Enrollment secures a seat for both scheduled days. Attendance on both days is required. Students may not attend only one day or split attendance across different sessions. Students who fail to attend one of the required days without prior communication and documented emergency circumstances will forfeit their remaining session and must re-enroll in a future Intensive. PUNCTUALITY & LATE POLICY Class begins promptly at the scheduled start time. ATTENDANCE, EARLY DEPARTURE & SKILLS COMPLETION POLICY Full attendance is required for all scheduled in-person training days. Class begins promptly at the scheduled start time and concludes at the designated end time. Late Arrival: Students arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be permitted to enter the session for that day. Early Departure: Students are expected to remain for the full duration of each scheduled training day. Students who leave early for appointments or personal matters may miss required instruction and skills practice. Skills Completion Requirement: CNA training is structured and skills-based. Students who miss any portion of required skills instruction due to late arrival, early departure, or absence must complete the missed skills during a future scheduled class session. Students are responsible for contacting the instructor to coordinate attendance during the appropriate portion of a future cohort. Because class pacing may vary, timing for skills completion will be determined by the instructor. Individual makeup sessions are not guaranteed. Students must complete all required skills instruction before being cleared for certification readiness. PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE REQUIREMENT Students attending the Skills Reinforcement Intensive must wear appropriate clinical attire. Required attire includes: • Scrubs or professional medical training attire • Closed-toe, non-slip shoes • Clothing that allows safe participation in hands-on skills practice Skirts, dresses, and restrictive clothing are not permitted due to the physical nature of CNA skills training, which includes transfers, positioning, and bed mobility activities. Students who arrive in inappropriate attire may be asked to reschedule. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & HYGIENE Students are expected to maintain professional hygiene and grooming standards. Because skills practice requires close physical proximity and peer interaction, students must present themselves in a clean and professional manner appropriate for a healthcare training environment. Failure to adhere to professional standards may result in dismissal from the session. ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS • Completion of all required online coursework • Submission of Online Course Completion Certificate • Attendance at one full 2-Day Skills Reinforcement Intensive session REFUND POLICY Due to the digital nature of this couse and immediate access to online materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once enrollment is completed. For hybrid programs, failure to attenda scheduled in-person session does not qualify for a refund. Rescheduling policies may apply.
